EFFICIENT HANDLING WITH VACUUM LIFTING DEVICES IN RAIL CONSTRUCTION

The company Sersa Group AG has recently become the proud owner of our new vacuum lifting device D-T-5000-HD. The device has a vacuum cross beam and hydraulically movable suction plates, which can be controlled individually. The integrated Oilquick- coupling enables an efficient quick coupling to the excavator on site. A further special feature of this unit is the combination of hydraulic and electrical connection via the excavator.
With your new machine, Sersa Group AG is doing a great job on the night-time rail construction on the line between Pfäffikon and Arth-Goldau. The machine is mainly used for laying concrete cable ducts. The machine and the excavator now take over the work that was previously done by hand. Therefore, our vacuum lifting device was able to guarantee both efficiency and safety.
