Center of gravity compensation:
Thanks to our center of gravity compensation function (optional), it is ensured that the device always remains balanced and level, even with varying loads. This makes it possible to handle concrete elements with different specifications (size, weight and dimensions) with one and the same device.
Interchangeable suction plates:
The D-TVR180-e can be equipped with suction plates (both size and number) to suit your workpieces. The suction plates can be quickly adapted using a quick-change system.
The device is operated using buttons on the device, with which you can easily control functions such as suctioning, releasing and turning the workpieces. As an option, we offer a practical radio remote control for even more flexibility. It is also possible to integrate the device's control system into your crane control system to further increase efficiency and precision. Load monitoring (optional) prevents elements from being released until they have been safely set down.
