DML-180E Turning clamp | Tunnel construction
Our DML-180E turning clamp is a cost-effective solution for handling smaller segments up to 2.5 tons. This machine enables segments to be efficiently stripped and then turned through 180°. The DML-180E can only transport one segment at a time.
DML-180E Functional principle:
The clamp closes and opens mechanically by means of a spindle drive (using a chain) and thus ensures a stable fixation of the segment (form-fit). The turning process is carried out electrically, which ensures a smooth process.
Requirements for the segment:
The mandatory holes (cones) are crucial for the gripping process and should be positioned at a close distance from each other (two per side). This ensures that the machine can grip the segments positively.
