Part-time study to become a systems engineer HF
Janistan Rasaya draws an impressive conclusion
Work, school, diploma project: Janistan Rasaya has successfully completed his three-year training to become a systems technician HF. In addition to his 80% workload at DEVO-Tech, he attended classes three evenings a week. A tremendous achievement, which we acknowledge with great respect.

“After my training as a plant engineer and several years of professional experience, I realized that I was becoming more and more fascinated by topics such as control technology, electrical engineering and system integration,” says Janistan. “I wanted to deepen my knowledge and develop professionally.”
The practice-oriented advanced training to become an HF systems engineering technician imparts technical know-how in areas such as electrical engineering, PLC programming and drive technology. At the same time, business management basics as well as leadership and project management skills are taught.
For their diploma project, Janistan and his team modernized a cocktail machine for CTE (ControlTech Engineering AG), a company that demonstrates how liquids are mixed automatically at trade fairs. "The challenge was to meaningfully combine mechanics, electronics, and software and develop a user-friendly interface," he explains. He was able to accompany the entire process from conception to CAD design to commissioning, which was a great benefit both professionally and personally.
"I realized how important communication and teamwork are, especially under time pressure. I also learned how to find solutions more efficiently."
Janistan is applying his newly acquired knowledge to project planning and technical assessments of complex systems at DEVO-Tech. He particularly appreciates the variety of tasks and the family atmosphere. "Despite our small team, we develop complex machines from scratch. Everyone pitches in, which makes the work particularly valuable."
Janistan does not have a new goal at the moment. "I am happy to have reached this milestone, and I am looking forward to applying my knowledge." In the long term, he can see himself specializing further in electrical planning or development.
At DEVO-Tech, we are proud of Janistan's journey. We believe that further training and personal development are essential for long-term success.
