We are looking for a service-orientated person to strengthen and supplement our sheet metal production department with immediate effect or by arrangement as a
Plant and apparatus engineer (m/f/d) 100%
You will be part of a team that demonstrates an exceptional willingness to learn and share new things, drive innovative solutions and actively contribute to the success of the company.
What are your tasks?
- Production of sheet metal and tube constructions: mainly individual parts and assemblies made of stainless steel for the pharmaceutical and food industries on the basis of operation plans, drawings, test instructions, etc.
- Deputy team leader: leading and coordinating a team of four employees
- Willingness for occasional assembly work

What you bring with you:
- Apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus engineer with at least five years of professional experience
- TIG/MIG welding experience with a valid welding certificate
- Clean and precise way of working
- Good knowledge of German
- Ability to work in a team, commitment and initiative
- Ability to work independently according to technical drawings, sketches and samples
- Enjoy the realization of projects, which you tackle yourself

Your apprenticeship at DEVO-Tech

From August 2026, we expect to have another vacancy for a 4-year apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus engineer. In addition to a very varied and practice-oriented apprenticeship, we offer you the opportunity to work in a team that dedicates itself to new and challenging projects every day with joy and ambition. We therefore also expect you to have a keen interest in and enjoy technology in the field of metalworking. In addition, a solid school report, diligence, reliability and a high willingness to learn are important prerequisites for a successful apprenticeship.
