To strengthen our apparatus engineering team, we are looking for a committed individual who combines design, technology, and manufacturing.
Design Engineer (m/f/d) 80-100%
Start date: immediately or by agreement
Your responsibilities
- Design and development of sheet metal components and assemblies using SolidWorks
- Responsibility for internal project management and work preparation for current and new products, including the creation of manufacturing documents for production
- Close cooperation within the equipment manufacturing team, including production and sales
- Technical coordination with customers and suppliers
- Support with work preparation and material procurement
Your qualifications
- Training as a design engineer EFZ, plant and equipment engineer EFZ, polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the design of sheet metal or stainless steel constructions, ideally in apparatus or plant engineering
- Very good knowledge of 3D CAD (SolidWorks an advantage)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes in metal and sheet metal processing
- Structured, precise, and independent way of working
- Team-oriented personality with technical curiosity
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage

- Plant and apparatus engineer EFZ (4 years)
From August 2027, we expect to have another vacancy for a 4-year apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus engineer. In addition to a very varied and practice-oriented apprenticeship, we offer you the opportunity to work in a team that dedicates itself to new and challenging projects every day with joy and ambition. We therefore also expect you to have a keen interest in and enjoy technology in the field of metalworking. In addition, a solid school report, diligence, reliability and a high willingness to learn are important prerequisites for a successful apprenticeship.
